This timelessly decorated two-bedroom condo sleeps up to six persons. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a full size and a single bed and access to a private bathroom.
The living room area has a double pullout sleeper sofa, which easily accommodates two adults, and is complete with a TV. The dining area has a table and seating accommodating four persons. The condo has two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and drinkable water.
This second-floor condo is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 security on-site as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall, and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ½ blocks from the beach and 1 ½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Today Playa del Carmen, or just "Playa" as it is colloquially referred to, is the center of the Riviera Maya concept, which runs south from Puerto Morelos, to Tulum and down to the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve. Playa is a day trip stop for several cruise-lines and one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Mexico with expats from Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Canada, US and many other countries. Upon arrival at the condo and during check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken and upon departure, at check-out, another picture will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. The guests will then pay accordingly for the usage.
For long-term stays (28 nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of $30 USD per week for mandatory mid-week cleanings. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
Cancellations and refunds: If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus the $50 USD handling fee). If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
