Our adventure in Playa del Carmen was centered In unit PK 7. Central to beaches, clubs, shopping & restaurants. Also, from this location it was easy to get access to the many nearby adventure & historic tours. We will be back again.

PK7 unit just off the courtyard, a quiet oasis in the heart of Playa del Carmen. From this central location we planned and experienced our wonderful stay in the Mayan Riviera which included; the beach, exploring, eating out, and relaxing.

PK07 feels more like a home than a hotel room. If you choose, you can cook in or go out to any one of over a100 restaurants within walking distance. One block from the famous 5th avenue.

Today Playa del Carmen, or just "Playa" as it is colloquially referred to, is the center of the Riviera Maya concept, which runs south from Puerto Morelos, to Tulum and down to the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve. Playa is a day trip stop for several cruise-lines and one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Mexico with expats from Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Canada, US and many other countries. Playa has everything you might want.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $150. USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $150. USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
