Playacar Phase 2 contains a significant number of residential properties, the largest selection of all-inclusive resorts along with attractions such as the Xaman Ha Aviary and Playacar Shopping Plaza. Phase 2 is a gated Community with four accesses: two on Highway 307, a private access only for residents and one through 15th Ave. You will also find within this community: restaurants, Starbucks, jewelry shops, Hospiten Hospital, Centro Maya Shopping Mall, Cinemax Theaters, City Club, Sorianna Grocery store, McDonalds, Banking, etc., Playacar Fase 2 is built like a 6km circuit path with morning joggers, bikers and strollers with views of the Hard Rock Golf course, hotels, condos, private homes, cafes and restaurants along the way. Phase 2 is considered one of the best areas in town, simply perfect for families or couples and within walking or biking distance of downtown areas.

If you're driving from Cancun, cross Playa del Carmen and make a U turn at "Centro Maya" Mall taking the local lane. You will find an entrance next to the hospital "Hospiten" and another one right after Sams Club. Don't worry which one you take, as Playacar Phase 2 is a circuit, you'll make it to your Vacation Home!
