There is no daily housekeeping service, but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are mandatory for long-term stays. (more than 28 nights)
The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
Please note: home and bath essentials - items like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and trash bags are included.
Additional supplies must be purchased and brought on-site by the guest.
Wi-fi and satellite TV, parking, bed linens, towels, and kayaks for the community lagoon are provided free for all guests during your stay.
Please note that you need to make a reservation at the building administration to use the pool, gym, and community lagoon in order to comply with COVID restrictions.
Electricity is not included in your rate. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
