This stylish condo is located in gated community Lagunas Mayakoba, only 10 min drive to downtown playa & 5th avenue.
The community is surrounded by lush jungle and is a great place to reconnect with nature and observe local exotic wildlife. It truly is a little slice of paradise! Stroll outdoors through jungle walkways and jogging paths.
There are 3 pools inside the complex and a beautiful lagoon surrounds the neighbourhood and you can actually request kayaks to wander around, the main complex tower counts with an amazing jungle-view rooftop and several jacuzzis for guests to use, bbq area is available as well.
The area is surrounded by lush jungle and plenty of nature. Guests will enjoy a relaxed and tranquil stay in a privileged place close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya like Xcalacoco Beach, which is just 3.3 km/2 miles away.
With a very stylish decoration, the condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the comfy couch also suits as a sofa-bed. An all-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook a decent meal.
Wi-Fi and Smart TV, parking, washer, bed linens, beach and bath towels, and kayaks for the community lagoon are provided free for all guests during your stay.

Electricity charge: For long-term stays (28 nights and more) Electricity is not included. Upon arrival at the condo and during check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken and upon departure, at check-out, another picture will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. The guests will then pay accordingly for the usage.
For long-term stays (28 nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of $30 usd per week for mandatory mid-week cleanings. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.
For short-term reservations (up to 3 weeks) electricity usage is included in your rental but limited to a certain amount of Kw per day after which additional charges will apply. To know the number of Kw included for your stay, please contact us.
- Additional Services -
We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN)
Cancellations and refunds: If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus the $125 USD handling fee). If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus the $125 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
