Affordable two-bedroom vacation rental home with rooftop terrace, located downtown Playa Del Carmen close to the beach and shopping
This traditional two-bedroom penthouse sleeps up to four persons. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom and the second bedroom two twin beds and access to a private bathroom. There is a satellite TV in the living room and in the Master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and drinkable water. The dining area has seating for six persons.
The private rooftop terrace is complete with a Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area for six people, gas grill, and outdoor shower & bathroom.
This penthouse is located in Playa Kaan - a gated complex with 24/7 security on-site as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall, and sun deck.
Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ½ blocks from the beach and 1 ½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Playa is a day trip stop for several cruise-lines and one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Mexico with expats from Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Canada, US and many other countries. Playa has everything you might want.

Electricity charge: For long-term stays (28 nights and more) Electricity is not included. Upon arrival at the condo and during check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken and upon departure, at check-out, another picture will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. The guests will then pay accordingly for the usage.
For long-term stays (28 nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of $30 usd per week for mandatory mid-week cleanings. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.
For short-term reservations (up to 3 weeks) electricity usage is included in your rental but limited to a certain amount of Kw per day after which additional charges will apply. To know the number of Kw included for your stay, please contact us.
- Additional Services -
We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN)
Cancellations and refunds: If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus the $125 USD handling fee). If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus the $125 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
