A beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath end unit condo in a serene corner of the building’s courtyard and within walking distance to almost everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just 1-1/2 blocks from the famous 5th avenue and only 3-1/2 short blocks from the beach. This second floor condo is decorated and equipped to give you all the comforts of home while you relax on one of two balconies overlooking the tropical garden and pool area (so close that our WiFi works poolside).
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom and balcony.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with full bathroom just outside the door.
Each bedroom has its own TV. The living room has comfortable seating and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/CD player, movies, books, and games.
While restaurants abound just outside your door, should you want to prepare a meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including:
Gas stove with oven, refrigerator, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, bottled water, and even a small wine refrigerator. The dining area is open to the living and kitchen areas and has a modern table with seating for five people.
Playa Kaan Condominium is a gated development with 24/7 staff on site and common grounds that include a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall, and sun deck. You’ll be so relaxed and comfortable here, you’ll never want to leave!

Electricity charge: This unit includes only 20 kilowatt of electricity per day, if exceeded an extra fee applies.
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
