This rustic two-bedroom condo with a terrace overlooking the pool and lush gardens sleeps up to 4 persons but can be rented as a one-bedroom unit for two at a more affordable rate (contact us for more information).
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove top, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and drinkable water. The dining area accommodates four persons and there is a TV and DVD player in the living room.
This second-floor beach condo is easily accessible via elevator within Rinconada Del Sol – a gated development with a nice swimming pool and tropical garden areas. Rinconada Del Sol is conveniently located on 20th Avenue and 16th Street (near two of the largest grocery stores Mega and Wal-Mart) only 4 ½ blocks from the beach and 2 ½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Magnifica experiencia al momento de reservar, Marco quien con atendi resolvi todas mis dudas y organizo todo a pesar de mi reservacin LAST MINUTE, l estuvo atento desde el principio al fin de nuestra estancia y siempre disponible en caso de requerir algo.

Estoy familiarizado con la zona, ya que este departamento se encuentra a escasos pasos de la 5th av., sper cntrico y tiene todo lo que necesitas en caso de querer hacer alguna comida o cena. Eso es un PLUS!

Thank you for your note, we did indeed have an awesome stay at Rinconada del sol, in Playa. We are looking at returning to somewhere in Playa for 2010. We would also like to say the support we received from the staff was always generous, kind and over all very knowledgeable about everything. The small problems we had were handled promptly and efficiently. We also had a near fatal accident happen to our son who was staying at an all inclusive hotel while we were staying there. Sylvia was very kind and help us with a few copies of documents that the family needed to be air lifted home, and we will always remember the kindness shown to our family. We hope to use Vimex again if something in our price range comes up, and we have given your company name to a few people who are looking as well. Please thank Sylvia, Jan, and the rest of the staff.
Near by Fun - Playa Del Carmen Downtown
Today Playa del Carmen, or just "Playa" as it is colloquially referred to, is the center of the Riviera Maya concept, which runs south from Puerto Morelos, to Tulum and down to the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve. Playa is a day trip stop for several cruise-lines and one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Mexico with expats from Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Canada, US and many other countries. Playa has everything you might want.

Deposits: We ask for 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancelations and refunds: If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancelations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
