Electricity charge: This unit includes only 20 kilowatts of electricity per day, if exceeded an extra fee applies.

Deposits: We ask for 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN)

Cancellations and refunds: If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $125 USD handling fee). If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus the $125 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.

Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
