For years, many Italians have made Playa del Carmen their home, they settled in a specific area of town close to the beach and 5th Avenue (between roughly Calle 20 & 42nd) but, not to close (back then) from all the action. 					Directions
Driving from Cancun International Airport take Highway 307 south towards Tulum for roughly 45 minutes onto the downtown over-pass and get off CTM Avenue exit.
